RETURNS

Since our granola and other food products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can rectify the issue.

Returns & Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will not be processed until the product is returned to us in its original packaging for inspection.
Once we receive and review the returned item, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Additional Details

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please do not send products back without prior authorization.
  • We reserve the right to replace or refund at our discretion, based on the product’s condition.
