Section 1 – Online Store Terms

Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

Section 3 – Product & Order Terms
We produce premium, small-batch granola products made with high-quality, non-GMO, gluten-free ingredients. We do our best to accurately describe our products, but availability and ingredient sourcing may vary seasonally.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit quantities, or cancel products purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Section 4 – Wholesale Terms
If you are a wholesale customer, additional terms apply. Wholesale accounts are subject to approval and governed by our separate Wholesale Agreement. Section 5 – Subscription & Recurring Orders
If you enroll in a subscription program (e.g., recurring granola shipments), you authorize us to charge your payment method at regular intervals as agreed. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.

Section 6 – Shipping & Returns
We ship nationwide from our bakery in Vermont. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which includes details on delivery, refunds, and damaged goods.

Section 7 – Sustainability Commitment
Back Roads Granola is committed to sustainability and responsible sourcing. While we make every effort to ensure our practices align with our mission, external supply chain issues may occasionally affect our operations. Our goal is always to maintain transparency and integrity in our products and service.

Section 8 – Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. This site may contain historical information for reference only.

Section 9 – Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
