Instructions
In a high-speed blender, add frozen acai, banana, berries, and almond milk. Blend until thick and smooth, adding a little more milk if needed to blend.
Divide the acai mixture between two bowls. Use a spoon to smooth the top.
Generously top each bowl with Back Roads Granola, fresh raspberries, berry compote, coconut flakes, and chia pudding (if using). Garnish with fresh mint and a drizzle of honey, if desired.
