THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB
The Boys & Girls Club has been operating for many years, right in the heart of our downtown. It’s a safe place to learn and grow ~ all while having fun. Kids from 6 to 18 have an easily accessible space to ‘hang’ after school every weekday. There is a myriad of activities, from poetry and art classes and their own inside skate park. Back Roads Granola has proudly sponsored the GOING THE DISTANCE fundraising event since 2021.
“When young people walk through our doors, they enter a place where their opinions are valued, their identity is accepted, their actions are useful and appreciated, and their own influence can be used to create an environment that meets their needs.”
